Carwari White Dashi is traditional concentrated Japanese broth which has a beautiful “Umami” (savoury) flavour. It is also seasoned with organic white soy sauce, which gives a richer taste than regular soy sauce.
White Dash is ideal for use in for soups, stews, dressings and as a dipping sauce for noodles or tempura.
