Marjoram is a member of the mint and oregano family and is similar in flavour to oregano but is softer and more sweet. In addition, Marjoram lacks oreganos spicy undertones. Marjoram can be used in lighter flavoured dishes such as chicken or fish, as well as in vegetables, sauces and soups.
